Introduction;MedAid is a medical software designed for hospital customers to track their healing progress once their diagnosis has been updated in the software. In making strides to keep the customers' needs in mind as they make advancements, the medical industry has incorporated technology to enable better healthcare delivery to customers. For example, x-ray scanners, appointment booking, and automated checking in and out of a hospital are advancements made to ensure better services are offered faster. More recently, wrong administration of medication has been recorded, resulting in clients' prolonged healing process or death and healthcare workers' firing and jailtime. MedAid fills that gap by allowing patients to know the diagnosis they have received, the treatment they are supposed to receive, record the progress they are making, and any feedback they may not feel comfortable relaying to their healthcare helpers directly. Given its use, the quality and reliability of MedAid should be studied to prevent shortcomings, predict challenges and innovate advancements in the software to increase its relevance in the future.
