Neville N. Williams, a native of St. Louis, Kitts, and Nevis,
has been marked by involvement in education, service, and leadership. When
Neville grew up in St. Louis. With Kitts, he received his early education at
Keyon Primary High School before pursuing a master's degree in theology at the
West Indies Theological Seminary in Trinidad. Then, he dabbed in psychology and
economics and graduated from the University of the Virgin Islands. Neville's
thirst for knowledge led him to further academic success, culminating in a
Ph.D. in Creative Leadership for Innovation & Change, focusing on
organizational development and leadership, from the same institution.
