For any shareholder, an
equity research report is an effective and influential tool that determines the
decision made by such individuals. Such statements are prepared and created by
analysts, who document information on various elements such as the estimated
earnings, the targeted prices, or particular recommendations in the equity
research reports (Frensidy, Pelealu, Robiyanto, 2020). By doing so, the report offers
necessary details to the shareholder that give insight into the status of a
particular company to aid the equity holder in deciding whether to obtain,
retain, or dispose of the shares of the same organization, which is the primary
goal of the equity research report. It critically analyses and evaluates a
business or investment to form conclusions that impact the decision made by a
shareholder regarding the stocks of a publicly-traded company.
