Please
mention about Hofsteade's culture dimension and Hall's high/low context theory
and adding in some in text citation. I will upload all documents about what I
have talk about during the debate. My part is to talk about the communication
conflict between Japan manager leading a USA team. And during the debate I
felt like I was really nervous and speak too fast and also
forgot to mention about Hofstead while explaining about his theory. and I wish
we have longer time to debate as 15mins is not enough for 8 participants to
speak. I think me and my other 3 teammate work well together as we plan on
which part who gonna talk about.
This
self-reflection explores my contribution to the debate about social disparities
impact managing different elements of business management, focusing on Hiroshi
Tanaka's case – a Japanese leader running a group at Pinnacle Elements in the
United States. The conversation encompasses the various forms of correspondence
as well as interdependent cycles, the balance between frivolous and serious
activities, development strategy linear series command-oriented behavior. I
plan to analyze my experience in the discussion using Gibbs' model of
self-reflection. In the analysis of correspondence conflicts between Japanese
supervisor Hiroshi Tanaka leading a team in the USA for Peak Elements, the understanding
and application integration of social aspects theories such as Lobby's high/low
setting Hofstede's cultural variables are essential to foster adequate
culturally diverse administration supported by their impact on styles
communication active cycles balance levity serious activities growth process.
