Reflection After a Debate

P‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍lease mention about Hofsteade's culture dimension and Hall's high/low context theory and adding in some in text citation. I will upload all documents about what I have talk about during the debate. My part is to talk about the communication conflict between Japan manager leading a USA team. And during the debate I ‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍felt like I was really nervous and speak too fast and also forgot to mention about Hofstead while explaining about his theory. and I wish we have longer time to debate as 15mins is not enough for 8 participants to speak.
