New Testament revelation of God's holiness

God reveals himself as Lord in the New Testament by divine revelation, provided to everybody through the creation and human nature, as well as to individual persons through occurrences, inspired grammatical constructions preserved as the Bible, and Jesus Christ himself. God, according to the Bible, is a holy God. The notion of holiness is based on "seclusion." It derives from a verb that means "to cut off or divide." God is shut off from all that is immoral and bad, and He will not condone transgression. Something that distinguishes itself from the others is holiness. It distinguishes anything entire and healthy from something that is not. Therefore, God's holiness as per the New Testament reveals various aspects and characteristics necessitating further interpretation of his divine revelation through the creation and specific events.
