Cuzan defines political
science as the analysis of how human beings participate in politics through
exercise, pursuit, and the power to influence those in the State and the
subjects. The government entails offices
in the country's capital occupied by hundreds of top decision-makers who
control the state (Cuzán, 2017, PP. 170). In contrast, he
political class entails those who capture the government, those intending to
replace them, and the lobbyists. Governing is the same as ruling, where the
members of the government establish rules that bind the leaders and the
subjects who serve a penalty in case of disobedience, "in Judaism, at the
time of Christ, when an adulteress was liable to be stoned to death" for
disobeying the rules (Cuzán, 2017, PP. 166).
