Please from
these readings that I uploaded write1questions about each article and a brief
critique or constructive comment stemming from the readings I uploaded (about 1
paragraph, but not more). , please write long questions not short questions it
must be more than three sentence like these question ( these examples) please
long questions , no too long quotes and the most important mention the page
number.
Q 1-On page 60 the author
discusses the Matthew effect’s implications on multiple, independent scholars
reaching the same conclusions. What is this accumulative effect? How does the
author describe this phenomenon advancing scientific understanding?
Q2-The authors note on page
567 that there is a “generic claim” that it is “difficult (some say impossible)
to extract causal inferences from observational data at
all.” What are the potential obstacles to causality with observational studies
and data?
Question 1 (Chap
5)
Jones, Shanahan
& McBeth (2014) show that the narrative content is not relative to the
context of a story for its creation, but occurs in subsystems that have two or
more contrary groups that all pursue the enactment of their solutions and
ideologies as opposed to those of others. However, what is the linkage between
the different solutions and narratives offered, which although not relative to
the story's context, all address the same particular issues and tackle the same
story? Do the narratives offer different solutions for different problems of
the same story? Also, do the narratives succeed based on their validity or
based on the balance of power and maximization of resources for a particular
group?
Question 2 (Chap
6)
In this chapter,
Jones et Al. (2022) identify the need to determine clear research methods to
answer the various questions that persist in particular policy process
applications such as concept operationalization, data collection procedure, and
suitable methodology adoption. Thus, how does one determine proper research
methods to identify the different narrative policy framework operations for
different circumstances or narrative projects, considering that the narrative
policy framework doesn't fit all circumstances? How do we achieve validity and
the ability to replicate the models used in the wide range of possible
questions for different circumstances, considering that replicability and
legitimacy are foundational for scientific knowledge? Jones et Al. (2022) also
identify the levels of analysis and their difference with the units of
analysis. However, can a single unit of analysis, which describes the
observation level between macro, micro, and meso levels, be directly used for
other levels of analysis, considering the lack of clear data collection methods
for some levels of analysis in certain situations? Is there a way to connect
these different levels of analysis? How can the researcher determine the
practicality of the research and the narrative policy framework application?
