Issue;Abbiba and Ross are the only shareholders and directors of Cruz and Noble Ltd (CNL). The company is a limited liability company where Abbiba and Rose have subscribed ordinary shares of 30,000 each. The two also lent 15,000 Euros to CNL secured by a standing charge and signed debentures to act as evidence. However, 18 months into businesses Piranha PLC, a competitor initiated a cost cutting campaign which involved using cheaper cuts of meat in dishes. CNL on the other hand decided to maintain its standards and as a result is at the brink of dissolution and liquidation as it has lost most of its customers to their competitor and is lagging behind with supplier pay.
