(Cx) for a product category of your choice. Keep in mind, creating a brand is
not the same as creating a product: products are tangible, brands are an
‘abstract’ asset, therefore intangible. Right now I just need a proposal of the

Brand image entails the
perception of customers regarding a particular brand based on their experience
with the product or service, interaction with the product/ service, or their
beliefs regarding the product. Different customers have different perceptions
of a brand, so businesses must consistently enhance their brand image to
enhance customer experience. The business plan will focus on the "speed,
classy, extra features for computer and affordable" brand in the
smartphones category. The brand is created because, as technology advances,
people require smartphones that are affordable, classy, and have the high
internet speed to enhance faster communication, conducting of business, and
participation in virtual meetings.
Smartphones provide various
services, including communication, research, conducting e-commerce,
participating in virtual meetings, and improving the business relationship with
customers and suppliers. Therefore, to establish a brand image that could offer
a competitive advantage, one has to consider factors such as speed,
affordability, and standard. For instance, most of the brands offer affordable
products but compromise quality or offer quality products at a higher price.
Therefore, to create a high position in the customer's perception regarding the
brand, it is crucial to incorporate unique characteristics such as "extra
computer features" such as Skype, formatting tools, and high-speed
processors (Altangerel & Munkhnasan, 2019). The brand image is mainly
created to attract a wide range of customers, making it easy to penetrate the
market with new products and services under the same brand, enhancing
customers' confidence in interacting with the products, and enhancing customer
experience, satisfaction, and relationship with the business (Kim & Chao,
2019). In addition, a good brand image enhances the company's credibility in
the industry, increases word-of-mouth marketing, and increases the
effectiveness of advertising. Thus, the "speed, classy, extra features for
computer and affordable" brand image could significantly impact the
telecommunication industry to create favorable competition.
The telecommunication industry
mainly produces mobile phones, peripheral devices, and phone services.
Technology advancements have led to rapid growth in the industry as consumers'
demand and desire for better features increased (Maisyarah, 2018). Therefore,
while penetrating the telecommunication industry, a business has to establish a
brand image capable of enhancing competition in the highly competitive market.
It is also crucial to analyze the target market needs to enhance brand
recognition and advertising effectiveness. In this case, the target market
would be middle-class individuals who highly depend on technology/ mobile
phones to conduct business, communicate, attend virtual meetings or interact
with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, as they will require affordable
smartphones, quality, high internet speed, and offer extra computer features to
enhance performance (Maisyarah, 2018). Thus, the telecommunication industry is
highly competitive, hence the need to establish a positive brand image to earn
a wider market share.
The business plan will focus

affordable" in the category of smartphones. The brand image could
significantly impact the telecommunication industry to create favorable competition.
