There is a project (prepaid national card), that is ready to issue in all local banks in Qatar, and the aim is to make this card attractive for users.
The plan is to increase transactions on this card by 6% or more each year. Inset the ideas in Bullet point
below is a list of examples to help you, rewrite these ideas in your own way and add more:

Add a feature that customers
who have already accounts at one of the banks in Qatar, can open the Himyan
card from their own bank app (an option to apply for a national prepaid card in
the bank app) or phone call and immediately activated it (because the customers
are already identified in their bank) no need for this process

The Himyan prepaid national card project aims at
increasing the number of issuances and transactions by at a minimum of 6
percent every year. For the project to attain this objective, it has to
implement several strategies in order to make the card more attractive and
enticing to users and enhance its accessibility and convinince to the
customers.
