8-Week Treatment Curriculum

This assignment should cover 8 weeks of curriculum for sessions for individual, couples, family, or group - discussing a topic or focus of your choice. Curriculum Overview: *Duration (long term or short term), and whether the treatment is developmental, preventative, etc. *Structure and goals (what is the focus? what might participants gain?) *Rationale for specific modality (i.e, why group, rather than individual counseling?) *Logistics (when, where, and how often) *Evaluation (how do you know the treatment is accomplishing its goal? How often will you evaluate?) *Membership and Member recruiting (target population, voluntary or mandatory, selection techniques, announced or hand-picked, screeni‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍ng techniques, desired size) *Theoretical framework (what framework will you work from? What techniques and procedures might you employ?) *Follow-up (what follow-up procedures might you use? How will you help each member assess progress toward their personal goals?) *Individual consultation (If not aimed at individual counseling, to what extent will you be available for individual work with group members? Will you meet them privately or expect concerns to be brought up in group only? Will you integrate individual time in the curriculum? How might you suggest a referral for a particular member?) *Informed consent (what aspects will you include? what safeguards will you use?) *Ground rules and ethics (what ground rules will be in place, and how will they be communicated?‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍)Please note that I attached a few documents to show you some ideas.Please read the notes for assignment which gives a brief overview of my assingment.
