SWOT and PESTLE Analysis of Midberge Company

Macroeconomic variables such as unemployment, inflation, and interest rates
pose challenges to managers when making decisions for their organizations. Using a hypothetical organization complete a   SWOT and PEST analysis. Explain how the economic component of PEST impacts your decision-making process as you navigate the current global economic crisis. What suggestions would you propose to the CEO to keep the organization solvent? You may work in groups of up to 3 persons or you can choose to do it individually. All group members’ names must appear on the Project. The Project will be based on the course. The rubrics for the write-up and presentation are provided in the syllabus. All source material should be included in an appendix and the source data should be referenced in the body of the report. 

Students can either write a three-page essay or prepare a PowerPoint presentation on 6-8 slides (excluding cover and reference pages).

1.Paper length

a.Project should have a title list on first page font size not greater than 16.

b.Header and footer should include student name, title of paper and page number

c. Project should be two (2) typed pages double spaced, font size 12 in a readable font style like Times New Roman or Arial.

d. Paper bibliography and body should follow APA style of writing.

e.Paper should include a reference page with materials cited on that page and in body of paper.

2.Paper should be clear of grammatical errors and contain proper pronunciation.

3.paper will be summarized in a power point presentation and presented in front of the class.

4.Each student or group will be given 10 minutes to make the presentation. Slides should contain no more than four or five bullet points.
