Expert Solution

Response1;When it comes to family care regarding the insertion of a tube suitable for feeding into the jejunum in a patient diagnosed with esophageal cancer, there is much needed to emphasize that this procedure is necessary because of swallowing anomaly due as an effect. The tube will be placed in the jejunum as a feeding support and inserted into it, which is part of the small digestive system hoping to ensure that the patient get necessary nutrition directly. In the anesthesia- assisted procedure, a small abdominal incision is made for performing the surgery. Emphasize the many benefits of jejunum arrangement for the optimal nutrient assimilation. Ensure the group of evolving clinical monitoring; highlight risks and stress the importance to follow care recommendations. Provide empowering questions, provide the support and emphasize the collaborative effort between medical professionals and the family on behalf of the patient.
