is the staff members. The staff members determine if the company will be
successful or not. It is not uncommon to see the downfall of great business
ideas because managers are more concerned about performance than their staff.
Although it is great for a company to have a long-term vision and high goals,
focusing on results is detrimental because one needs the team to attain these
goals, implement the company's strategy, and drive it to success. Personal
attention is a main theme in addressing the needs of staff members. The
