It is often said that people are free to choose but are not
free from the consequence of that choice. However, a lack of proper
decision-making will affect their choice, and thus, an individual will make a
negative choice. An effective decision-making process is free from bias and uncertainties,
relies on research, and involves critical thinking. Good decisions will lead to
the achievement of goals and objectives. Therefore, it is essential to gather
information on the decisions one wants to make to ensure that the consequence
of that decision will be positive.
