Expert Solution

The session was a learning experience as I interacted with my supervisee. I was still determining the success of the remote interaction with the supervisee. The interactions were more interpersonal since we had common values about counseling. The present session was interesting since I was concerned about how the supervisee was handling cases lately. I took all the crucial details as the supervisee explained her latest encounters. It was easy to gather the necessary information since I knew the supervisee's expectations. For instance, the fact that some of her clients were not coming back for the next sessions made me curious about her strategy for attending them. I enquired what she thinks about the client's discontinuing attending other sessions. I could perceive courage from her positivity in our engagement from the beginning of the session.
