They want to commission a story from you about your pandemic experience, but it must be a story that reflects on your life during the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. Think of a specific experience you went through and tell readers what happened, as well as why this is a notable or representative story of the pandemic. You can consider life in quarantine, working during the pandemic, healthcare experience, being infected with COVID-19, artand literature, #BlackLivesMatter and protests during the pandemic, mutual aid, school during quarantine, family, trauma and mourning, caring for others, and so on, as long as it is relevant to the pandemic. The purpose of this story is to document our COVID-19 experiences using digital storytelling tools so that we can move forward, process our trauma, learn from our experience, find joy in life, connect with others, address emotions, and/or advocate‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍ for change.
