Advice Letter should be written as if it is a formal letter and dated on the
next working day after the last date mentioned in the relevant Case Study Part
(or as otherwise advised by the Module Leader).

It is vital to identify the thing under protection under intellectual property rights and know who owns these rights. It is valuable information as one cannot sue someone if they are unaware of the rights and the person owning them. One should also know what these rights constitute to recognize infringements.
