pieces of art provided for essay 1 represent fairly old pieces of art produced
at different places and times. Appendix 1 shows Akhenaten and Nefertiti with
their Children (1340 BCE), an image produced in Egypt that depicts a great
pharaoh called Akhenaten who reigned between 1353BC and 1336BC (Enoch).
The art shows the pharaoh, his wife, and three children in the palace compound.
Appendix 2 on the other hand shows Marble metope from the Parthenon (South
Metope XXVIII) (447BC), which depicts a Centaur, which
is a mythic green being with a human head and hands and has the body of a
horse, fighting a human in a feast.
