Psychosocial support is provided for children's cancer patients in the MENA region. Most of the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region deaths result from cancer. However, most palliative care services do not incorporate strategies to deal with patients' and families' mental health. Children's cancer care is at its early stages, and parents handling children with cancer tend to battle psychological, spiritual, and emotional difficulties coping with a child's suffering. Although some people argue that Euthanasia should be used to end suffering, offering psychological, spiritual, and emotional support to cancer patients and their caregivers plays a critical role in enhancing the care outcomes.
