The interweb that allows global citizens to interconnect has been a major business resource. Google is a renowned company, offering various resources to its users, and has diversified to create a global community for business people, students, and analysts. In recent years, Google has set up a function that enables businesses to be easily accessible online by using simple client searches. For instance, if a customer makes business and product inquiries online, they can be directed to various businesses that sell the product and have various options. Therefore, business owners set up their google account, including details such as business location, contact, and email addresses, office working hours, and products they offer. With this development, Google has enabled businesses to increase their market pool and diversify operations in terms of the number of customers beyond a state or country a business can operate in. Using client reports and suggestions and considering recent technology developments, Google can create global communities for businesses to facilitate client information exchange that can boost their sales.  Google business can diversify its operations to support global remote communities that host different business categories. Google has created a platform for businesses to grow their operations and, in return, boost businesses returns by more than 20%. Customers with particular needs use the google search button that directs them to multiple retailers and small businesses where they can purchase their desired products. Additionally, when businesses set up their Google accounts, various directions are given that enable business owners to run their accounts, using features that facilitate easier navigation on the website and give businesses an idea of the experience that customers might have when navigating their business accounts. More recently, Google has also developed Google Trends and Google Books, important software for business partners before business agreements are made (Kiss, 2020). Generally, Google has become a safe hub for business people, increasing business visibility from partners to customers and the market scale within which a business can operate. To increase many business owners' insight, Google could diversify its operations by creating remote meeting rooms for businesses where training, market research, and ways to utilize market gaps are identified and communicated. Small business owners could meet potential clients and make partnerships to diversify their business operations through these business meeting rooms. Google has tested the efficacy of meeting rooms through Google Meet, Google Classrooms, and facilitating various websites which support online meetings (Subandor & Sulindra, 2018). The difference would be that Google is the financier for business meeting rooms and invites different mentors who work for various companies to educate business owners on the diversity of business, including new ideas, marketing skills, operations diversification, and accounting trends that could improve their businesses. Therefore, to improve its operations, Google can set up business meeting rooms with mentors and business advisors whose insight and network of connections could benefit small business owners.

Enhancing the interaction between small-scale and large-scale business owners to encourage mentorship has improved business operations and could increase Google's popularity. While creating remote business forums powered by Google may take time to get the right mentors to facilitate these online forums, the outcome may be rewarding and benefit the company. Mentorship has improved the operation of businesses in various dimensions, namely, entrepreneurial outcomes, transferring skills between mentors and entrepreneurs, and boosting management skills, all of which are important elements for optimal business performance. In South Africa, an analysis of mentorship revealed the reflection of training programs on improved managerial skills and the enhancement of skill transfer between mentors and small business owners (Kunaka & Moos, 2019). In other analyses, researchers reported minimal statistical significance in the operations of small businesses after mentorship programs were conducted. Through meta-analysis, business profits, sales, and overall business operations increased by 5 to 10 per cent after small business owners engaged in mentorship programs (McKenzie, 2021). Additionally, mentorship programs have diversified to financial institutions or large-scale companies offering business loans to small business owners to increase their asset base, their stock and stock management policies, their sale strategies, and, when necessary, employ a worker within the business based on the business customer base. Through these business rooms, skills could be transferred, increasing the number of business owners with enrolled google accounts, the company's popularity, and the general output. Therefore, by setting up Google business rooms, Google could empower small business owners and, in turn, increase the company's popularity.

To implement the proposed intervention, Google should conduct market research, making financial and human resources investments for the project's success. The interconnection, interaction, and mentorship between various small-business owners may vary based on the scale of operation a particular business engages in. Particularly, various businesses deal with varied products and could have different operations. Additionally, since businesses address different market needs while using varied resources to meet these needs, Google business rooms should be tailor-made to host the various categories of businesses there could be. Market research would be necessary to identify distinctive factors between small businesses. Additionally, profile checks could determine profiled entrepreneurs' qualifications before facilitating online forums. Research or data analysts could be hired for this function, dealing with a wide range of data to evaluate the proposal's viability on a market scale and, after that, pool data whose analysis can determine how to conduct the Google business forums. Furthermore, the enrolled mentors for the program would be an additional human resource function that Google would cater to. Based on the different functions business rooms would have, mentorship rates will be met differently. For this function, the organization would set apart financial resources to pay mentors and finance facilities operating during the meetings. Lastly, software engineers can be employed to set up and ensure ease of operation of the business rooms. The budget would depend on the number of business remote rooms created and particular functions that the management would propose to be included. Therefore, to facilitate the project's success, Google should invest human and financial resources into the business room project.

Google can create global communities for businesses based on market research, data acquired by the company, and recent technological trends. The company has facilitated optimal operations of businesses, boosting sales and profits made by small business owners when they set up their business accounts with Google. Through this function, customers can make product inquiries online and be directed to a relevant retailer, which promotes the visibility of many small business owners. Setting up Google business rooms will be a necessary function that promotes mentorship and could result in viable partnerships. Research has proven the positive impact of mentorship programs on the sales and profits made by businesses. By investing financial and human labour in businesses, Google can empower small business owners and improve its popularity.
