not all workplace communication forms are made equal and attention seeking.
Some businesses struggle with inadequate communication, which causes conflict,
annoyance, and misunderstanding. Therefore, it is critical to describe unproductive
approaches in which managers try to gain an employee's interest to understand

Poor communication is a
significant factor in leaders' inability to capture the attention of their
workforce. When there is a misunderstanding between two individuals that are
not shared or when the individual is engaged with misinterprets what a manager

instance, a leader's appearance may affect how their workers see them and

top inspires employees to be more creative and productive. These influential
leaders communicate objectives, aims, and future aspirations (Llopis, 2013). Deprived
and unproductive leaders, conversely, are recurrently indecisive and incapable
to motivate their staff. Organizations and leaders, in particular, fall short
in this area due to a lack of concentration (Llopis, 2013). Personnel may
unintentionally perform below expectations as a result of this, in addition to
causing confusion and irritation.
Inadequate
communication resulting from poor leadership negatively impacts a company's
efficiency and general workplace culture, resulting in disheartened workers and
workplace disputes. Clarifying project specifications in writing, following up
to see how things are doing, dressing correctly, and setting aside time each
week to discuss workplace issues are some steps you can take to fight this
(Llopis, 2013). In addition, improving communication may enhance the company's outcome

Whether through increased management training or new technology to preserve an
open communication channel, organizations must prioritize capitalizing in
