History of Coffee Documentary

There are amazing facts about coffee that perhaps you have never heard of. For instance, did you know that coffee is rated as number two of the world’s most traded commodities, just behind petroleum? Did you also know that coffee was invented in Ethiopia, just a few centuries ago? Well, these are important facts that this documentary is going to show the audience. This documentary will begin with the Barista introducing himself, and explaining his work and expertise. Then the documentary will move to show the audience the background of coffee. Such factors as the discovery of coffee in Ethiopia by a goad herder called Kaldi will be discussed. This discovery was made in the 9^th century and is documented in a story written in 1671. Previous use of coffee before the 15^th century however is absent in the literature, and there is no complete information on how coffee was used during that period. This forms the background of coffee and gives the audience a sense of a historical date when coffee began getting into common use.
