Expert Solution

Nursing organizations motivate nurses to rely on evidence-based practice (EBP), career development, and healthcare standards and policies to enhance their expertise. In addition, professional nursing organizations enhance the constant flow of ideas and the ability to anticipate the change needed to enhance the nursing profession and advocacy for society, nurses, and clients' needs. For example, ABNS has been determined to encourage nursing certification to formally recognize nurses with specialized expertise, techniques, and knowledge to enhance healthcare quality. The ABNS is a worldwide organization for pushing for the  registeration and nurses certification to formally enhance the recognition of specialized techniques, expertise, and knowledge to enhance health outcomes. The organization's vision and mission are to encourage the certification of nurses with specialized knowledge and experience to ensuring quality nursing services and reveal the value to stakeholders ("American Board of Nursing Specialties", 2020). The central values held by the organization include excellence, quality, customer protection, and integrity. In addition, the ABNS has abiding policies and laws to provide a forum for collaboration regarding the nursing certification, enhance its value to the public, and enhance accreditation. Membership categories include public, affiliate, and regular members ("ABNS by laws", 2020). Therefore, the ABNS is a nursing organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of nurses and the public by offering public, regular, and affiliate membership to motivate nurses with specialized training to enhance the healthcare outcome.
