A corporate has to be accountable, responsible, transparent and ethical to achieve its economic agenda. The best way to focus on strategic management is by being responsible for retaining customer loyalty. Governance requires accountability to ensure all operations have been executed effectively. The business world relies so much on responsible management that it makes performance a reality. Corporate strategy, governance and responsibility relate to the force of making a company successful in all economic areas.
