I need a 2 minute speech written for the following power point about how these
emotional regulation play spaces promote positive behaviour based on ages 3-5
years only no other age groups and needs to be relevant to Australian early
childhood education. needs to link into the other slides on the power point I
will attach this is important, I also have attached some literature I found
relevant would like 2 references. these are the instructions given: Students
work together to present ele- ments of a positive environment to sup- port learning
and development for speci- fied groups including B-2 years OR 3 - 5
years. They will demonstrate the following key elements: · Practical
components of the environ- ment · How to plan for and implement these
components · Aspects of positive behaviour these components will support · Ways
these components will support/ allow for intentional teaching Make connections
with theoretical per- spectives and curriculum documents. In- dividually
reflect on the collaborative process and its role in the development of
professional practice.
In this section, I will
discuss the positive behaviour aspects supported by these physical components. To
begin in Chapter 4 of Porter’s (2016) book, emotional regulation, a primary
component of these play spaces, influences social problem-solving abilities,
personal resilience, social competence, and interpersonal relationship quality.
Personal resilience is crucial, especially within these spaces, as these
children will learn to utilize the equipment in these play spaces.
