I am a registered nurse. My
personal goals are to be able to live a healthy life while at the same time
offering quality care to patients as it gets difficult to balance between work
and personal life as a nurse. My definition of success is the ability to be
compassionate, listen actively to patients, and enhance both their
psychological, physical and spiritual well-being in career practices. In
addition, I want to be among the nurses who enhance healthcare equality by
embracing cultural diversity.
