Expert Solution

1.1: organizational change

Organizational entails altering an organization's values, systems, vision, vision, structure, culture, or strategy to enhance its effectiveness. Enhancing an organization's effectiveness helps in satisfying its clients and generating value. For example, I experienced an organizational change that necessitated a digital POS system. An organizational experience that I experienced was a change from the manual point of sale (POS) to digital POS. The software was introduced to capture daily purchases. Advancements in technology triggered organizational change. The organization adopted the digital POS system to remain competitive in the market by offering faster client services and monitoring transactions to track the organization's performance (Deszca et al., 2020). Hence, the change was meant to react to external stimuli due to customer dissatisfaction and competitors' moves.
