shortage of nurses. New nurses are in high demand, but it can be
challenging to keep them for various reasons. Because of a shortage of
available professors, qualified applicants to nursing schools are placed on
waiting lists. Individuals in this category are constantly shifting gears and
concentrating on something fresh. To address this issue, I decided to pursue a
master's degree in nursing with a focus on education. I enjoy training my team
about evidence-based PCU care standards and best practices. As a nurse, I was
also required to create, implement, and participate in a new-hire mentoring
program at my job. Our newly graduated nurses participate in a comprehensive
orientation program to help them transition into their new professions (Huber,
2020). I was elected to serve on the Unit Council and the Development
Committee. Due to these variables, clinical nurse educators
can effectively communicate formally and informally acquired skills and
information. I am excited to pursue my Master of Science in Nursing studies and
become a nurse educator. I appreciate the chance to encourage people to help
the nursing field grow and develop. Nursing education is fraught with issues.
Becoming a nursing professor was challenging due to the numerous hurdles in the
sector (Aragon et al., 2020). Nurse educators face a more challenging task
since they have fewer resources at their disposal. Interns, for example, rarely
have the financial resources to invest in the equipment they'll need to do
their work well. Today's nursing programs emphasize developing student
relationships, and course curricula are subject to frequent alteration. The
gap in pay turns off most teachers and students. As a nurse educator, I am a
National League of Nursing (NLN) member. There are numerous techniques in which
anyone can participate (Aragon et al., 2020). I started as a nursing student. A
nursing program, sometimes known as a nursing school, is a facility that
provides nursing degrees and courses. Second, in your capacity, whether you are
a nursing professor, a postgraduate student, or a retiree. Last but not least,
I obtained employment as a nurse's aide. References Aragon, S. A., Babbo, G.

Clinical Nursing Educator
I decided to pursue a master's degree in the
nursing specialty of education at West Virginia University. My professional
goal as I joined the specialty was to enhance my skills in the nursing field
and become more proficient in my work. I wanted to have a holistic
understanding of the field as a professional and be able to attend to people
efficiently. The only solution to the acute shortage of nurses is more
enrollment of students in nursing courses (Haddad et al., 2022). I want to
reduce the acute shortage of nurses in the health department, thus addressing
various issues contributed by the lack of adequate professionals. Moreover, I
aim to promote my academic levels by upgrading my career and becoming an expert
in guiding and educating other nurses. I wanted to share my knowledge in the
field with young professionals to serve their societies effectively.
Making
that decision was difficult due to the pressure from my profession's many
responsibilities. The specialty implied added responsibilities to my career,
which was challenging. Lack of adequate resources also was a challenge for me
since it studying required funds to cater to my needs. However, various factors
drove my decision to pursue the specialty, including my motivation to serve
people and promote humanity. It has been my dream to achieve career development
and improve the skills that I have in the profession. Nurse educators train
professionals to serve in future healthcare settings (RNO, 2022). The need to
achieve personal growth saw me continue to pursue the specialty. I was
motivated by the effort to address the shortage of nurses. Moreover, I was
motivated by the will to pass knowledge and skills to the next generations in
nursing.
