Ethical Role Models/Leaders
There are two parts to this
discussion. Be clear about which part you are answering.
Watch the video below Tim

the people who surround us in this excerpt from an interview in 2013.

Excellent! You're well on your way to becoming a good leader. However, you can never be too good at leadership or too prepared
2. Identify any areas in which you scored as "sometimes" or "rarely." If you rated high in all areas, identify three areas that you consider the most important.

What areas of
weakness/priorities did you establish in your analysis using
the Leadership Skills Appraisal?
Consider the video above. How
would you describe yourself, in terms of your leadership style? Is this the
same or different than how you would describe your ethical role model?
What actionable behaviors does your ethical role model perform that you can apply to current and future leadership positions? Have they had any failures you may also learn from?
My grandfather, a devoted
community leader who committed his entire life to assisting others, is my moral
role model. His unfailing integrity and humility stood out about him. He
treated everyone with respect and always operated in the community's best
interests, regardless of their status or background. My grandfather's honesty
and dedication to community service strongly influenced my leadership style, as
seen by my self-evaluation using the Leadership Skills Appraisal and the useful
behaviors I've learned from his example.
