Throughout this course, we have been following the Jane Addams Children and Family Center case study. Referring to the case materials, online discussion, course readings, and class activities, provide a 5-7 page reflection. It should include:

1.An introduction with a thesis statement that orients the reader to the organization, why it is being discussed, and what the paper will do. (About two-four paragraphs.) 

2.An overview of the organization and what is currently happening there.

3.Using course materials and those cultivated on your own write a well developed and easily understood critical assessment of the organization based on what you have learned about leadership theories and styles and drawing upon your SWOT analysis please address these key areas:

a.clinical leadership, 

b.supervision practices, 

c.organizational culture,

d.structure, .organizational issues of DEI and teamwork.
NOTE: Throughout (supported by sources from the readings and course materials), you may want to draw upon your SWOT analysis to help.

1.You will need four recommendations. Recommendations for leadership and the overall organization (supported by sources from the readings and course materials) and logical predictions for how this organization should move forward. Make sure to specifically discuss internal policies or policy changes that could benefit the organization. (Think about what you have learned about theories and styles of leadership, and the importance of supervision, teamwork, and inter- and intra-agency collaboration.)

2.The paper should be written in APA format and must include:

a.Title page formatted according to APA standards;

b.Third-person writing;

c.An introduction and thesis statement to begin the paper;

d.Section headings throughout the paper to help keep the paper organized that include the Overview, Assessment, Recommendations, and Conclusions sections. You may want to add subsections that keep you and the reader on track;   

e.In-text citations that connect with all the references listed on the reference page;

f.APA style formatted reference page (should have eight to ten references).

After you received feedback from your classmate(s), please consider this feedback and make any changes to the paper that are necessary. The final, revised paper should be submitted to this assignment link for grading no later than Tuesday at 11:59 pm at the end of Week 7.
