or services. Please consider providing some background about the situation and
the context of the decision that might impact the outcomes. Consider providing
a few decision options for analysis for step 1.
Step 2 - Use the following grid to analyze the
decision as compared to some other options. The grid should include the

education system is a significant aspect in our present time with key
characteristics that contributes to the importance of decision assessments in
matters such as finances, the role of the community towards learning
institutions, and methods used to improve learning.
Although most nations well
consider the education system in the world, it still faces various challenges.
Still, it has also impacted care accessibility financing mechanism,
relationship to currently-running programs, and methods of review and control

denotes that increasing access is no longer the biggest educational challenge
but enhances quality. For instance, In Indonesia, learning outcomes for
students are poor, and there is a mismatch between graduate capabilities and

(Rosser,2018). For example, due to the covid-19 pandemic, schools had to pay

community contribute to building cavalier schools and raising funds for school
facilities. Methods employed to evaluate teaching include encouraging students
to take notes, mentorship and professional advancement, and teaching-related
innovations. Therefore, the methods used to encourage education, relationships
developed by cavalier learning institutions with the surrounding communities,
challenges faced by learning institutions, and financial considerations made to
improve learning play a major role in the education system.
Generally, decision-making in
the education sector is very important. Decision assessment is applied in
sectors such as financial investments, overcoming challenges faced, and
improving learning methods. It also contributes to relationships with other parties,
such as the community.
