your final project (20% of the final grade) I want you to put together a
three-page research paper. Take a company of your choosing and write three
pages about how they implement one of the topics we cover during class. There
should be a citation page at the end of the paper giving credit to the
resources from which you draw your information. Your citation page is not one
of your three full pages. Take the information you learn throughout the
class–along with additional research that you pull from outside sources (not
your textbook, slides, etc. from class time)–and tie it back to the topics we
have covered in Production & Operations over the course of this semester. I
expect at least five or six additional sources to be cited. I want the paper to
be your words, your writing, your thoughts. That means this is not a
copy-paste exercise. I know you can copy-paste. I want to know what you learn
about Production & Operations. Please spell- and grammar-check your paper
before you submit it. Errors in either category will count against your final

and to understand how such activities function, it is best to evaluate real-world
entities—Apple Inc. in this case. Apple Inc. is an American corporation, the second
biggest mobile producer in the world, that runs in a highly competitive market
and is one of the largest publicly traded entities globally (Aljafari, 2016). It
was set up in 1976 and is involved in the manufacturing of diverse computer and
mobile phone products of varying forms and models, which are distributed
globally (Famuwagun, 2021). The actualization of the company’s commodities is
enabled by its supply chain management, which involves several activities. This
paper shall assess the production process and operation activities of Apple
Inc. and discuss how these elements are implemented. The implementation
approach of the procedures is a tool that significantly determines the success
or failure of a business organization
