Introduction;Organizational
planning outlines the details and benefits of a product and the extent of its
functionality. A scope statement defines this clearly. Before its development,
the business plan should guide the developers on the details of products a firm
is supposed to offer and the market that should consume these products. A scope
statement has components that detail the process of a project, estimating its
success and risks, and has challenges in its development which, when combated,
could result in a successful project.
