Clinical
Pastoral Education is an essential theological form where learners exercise and
implement learned pastoral skills in various environments, such as healthcare,
where a certified pastoral supervisor supervises them. CPE is required because
I need to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of spiritual and
pastoral care and the ministry. With a continuous understanding of CPE, I aim
to address some goals and issues I experience during this process. One of the
goals I aim to attain is strengthening and gaining more knowledge on empathetic
and compassionate care toward individuals. Additionally, by undertaking CPE, I
aim to improve my listening skills as I tend to individuals facing different
life challenges.
