1.Organizational culture can
significantly impact efficacy and efficiency in several ways. One positive
organizational culture enhances the engagement of employees within an
organization. In the case of sexual harassment, victims' mental well-being and
physical health are affected, resulting in depression which affects their work
behavior (Shaw et Al.,2018). Moreover, engagement at workplaces enhances
productivity and efficiency. For example, individuals that work in isolated
environments, such as women janitors, have a higher rate of sexual harassment
due to isolation (Shaw et al., 2018). Improving these individuals' environments
will enhance workers' productivity and improve communication and collaboration
in the organization. Additionally, a strong organizational culture assists in
aligning employees' actions and behaviors to the goals and values of the
company. When there are shared values among individuals in an organization,
better decisions are made, and they can also take actions that align with the
organization's objectives, thus leading to quality output. Employees also have
a sense of unity and purpose at organizations when there is a basis of a strong
organizational culture (Chalmers & Branaan, 2023). This helps them in
coping with the dynamic changes that take place in an organization.
