is " Effects of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction and Employee
Creativity in The Private Sector in Saudi Arabia." the following are the
hypotheses :
H1:The work environment has a positive effect
on job satisfaction.
H2:Work environment have a
positive effect on creativity.
H3:Job
satisfaction mediates the positive relationship between work environments and
creativity. It has been confirmed that all the Hypotheses above are supported
and have significant effects. Therefore, I need you to write the discussion
part of my research. ( studies that are align with my results)

of job satisfaction among workers. The results of this research posit that the work
environment has been an influential factor in advancing the degree of job
satisfaction and inventiveness among workers in Saudi Arabia’s private sector.
