Expert Solution

Social aggression refers to the development of antisocial behavior, which has the potential to damage social relationships, damage reputation and causes emotional and mental harm to the victim. Most social aggression behaviors include gossiping, manipulating friendships, discriminating against others from social groups, and behaviors that are likely to hurt others emotionally. Although most studies do not pay close attention to social aggression, it could negatively impact both the victim and the aggressors, including social, physical and emotional difficulties. In addition, social attacks could lead to increased depression, stress, conflict and instability of friendships. However, philosophical assumptions such as methodology, axiology, ontology and epistemology could be used in understanding social aggression in preteen and teen girls up to the ages of 13-17 years old.
