Peer 1( would like feedback on introduction and tone) Speech Topic: Personalized Education Plans General Purpose Statement (to inform, persuade, or entertain): The point of this is to persuade my audience about learning style, format and methods. Audience Information: Relating my audience to my career, my target audience would be managers, anyone in management rolls, or CEOs. Audience Considerations: Something to consider about my audience are their goals to create new leadership from within the company. Introduction Attention Getter: Is the company lacking in leadership? Has the production not met the expected goal? Are the employees not challenging themselves for new skills? These are the questions that should be challenged with the current outcome? Statement of Credibility:"Personalized learning is an educational approach that aims to customize learning for each student’s strengths, needs, skills, and interests." Relevance Statement: Providing employees with opportunities to challenge their skills will boost morale and bring an increase to production goals. Thesis Statement: Is the company lacking in leadership? Has the production not met the expected goal? Are the employees not challenging themselves for new skills? These are the questions that should be challenged  with the current outcome?
