analysis of leadership decision - making shall select one of these movies to

6.) The company Men shall analyze the
leadership and follower-ship behaviors and characteristics leading to decisions
within the movie using lessons learned coupled with the individual student’s
experiential knowledge. The primary objective is for the students to discern
the applicability of course lessons learned to date to identifying and
resolving the leadership, follower-ship problematics within the movie to create
and sustain a holistic, synergistic organization and provide both extrinsic and
intrinsic compensation to members within and surrounding the organization.
Additionally, students shall provide comments and / or inferences as to whether
both the movie infrastructures and "Real World
Leadership
is a significant aspect of an organization and other sectors. A leader is one
who can influence his followers to achieve a common goal. Several leaders have different
ways of guiding others into achieving a common vision. The leadership style an
individual uses significantly impacts his people and the organization.
Effective leaders can easily achieve their vision by influencing their
followers. Through effective leadership, individuals integrate their goals to
meet the company's needs making it easy to work on a common goal. This paper
seeks to analyze the movie, The Wolf of
Wall Street and explain its leadership qualities. The paper will also
review the followership behaviors, decision-making, and how the movie relates
to the real world.
