As I need to prepare a video presentation, I would like the writer to write an 800 word speech which I can present. This speech requires a minimum of 5 peer reviewed academic sources.You have to prepare a speech for video presentation about Accenture and its Talent Attraction. In this speech, you must address that topic in terms of how is that topic covered, implemented, discussed, etc. in that organisation.In the speech you have to explain the way Accenture approaches the different aspects and issues of the topic. For this, you should look at company websites, case studies, newspapers and journals.

Please keep in mind that this is a Strategic Human Resource Management unit. Theoretical concepts concerning SHRM, and particular issues and challenges concerning the formulation, implementation, effectiveness, etc. of HRM strategy will be relevant. Demonstrating an understanding of this relevance will be rewarded.
2. Students must source a media article (with the requirements below) which can be about the same organisation or even about another competitor (must be same industry). However, you must provide a link that back to your presentation. If you source a media article focused on the topic (Talent Atraction), again, you must be able to link back to your presentation.
The media article for this facilitation must be sourced from FACTIVA and from the following sources: Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, Australian Financial Review published between 9th May 2022 - 10th October 2022. Articles from companies, blogs or other sources will not be accepted and will be marked as a FailThe video is to showcase that topic/organisation. You do not have to discuss the media article in the video. That is for the discussion in the tutorial on the allocated day.
3.Students must submit a 500 words summary using 6 relevant sources (company
reports, media, journals) explaining the link/relevance of the media article to
Talent Attraction.
In summary, you have to deliver the following:
A 800 word transcript for a speech on Accenture’s Talent Attraction with key focus on the dot points listed earlier. (5 peer reviewed academic sources)
A PowerPoint presentation to reflect the transcript/speech
Source a media article from Factiva which is related to Talent Attraction. which can be about the same organisation or even about another competitor (must be same industry). A summary (500 words) with 6 relevant sources (in-text and reference list) of the relevance of the media article used for the discussion facilitation
A copy of the media article as an appendix (Not just a link) AND also include this in your reference list

Demonstrating an understanding of this relevance will be rewarded. Using examples of existing organisations (in addition to the company in the case) may also make a strong contribution to the case presentation. You can find illustrations of how particular companies approach the different aspects and issues of strategic HRM through looking at company websites, case studies, newspapers, periodicals and journals
Talent attraction is a primary
concern for technology companies such as Accenture, as it influences the
company's performance and competitive advantage. The company's talent
attraction strategy is to identify, lure and acquire talent by creating
engaging, inclusive, and modern experiences required for sustainable growth. To
effectively achieve this, the company needs to pay keen attention to key
aspects such as employee branding, value proposition, and leadership programs
strategies that I will discuss in depth.
